I’m lucky too!Posted In: DNC, Denver — August 29, 2008 @ 2:07 am — PeterShortly after my one friend Dan scored his Community Credential, my other friend Dan informs me he may have a source for spare credentials. I’m so happy that Dan decided to share his extra credential with me. Thank you Dan, I had an amazing time! Here is a short video segment taken from my seat. I’ll post more videos/photos later… Truly a historic moment and I’m so thrilled to have been a part of it!

You down with DNC, ya you know me!Posted In: Denver — August 24, 2008 @ 9:21 pm — PeterWe went downtown tonight to check out the DNC happenings. It was very peaceful with lots of people milling around. You’d think there was a riot about to break out at any minute with the police presence. I’ll post some more of the photos later…
Bye Bye Paci! An update on AmeliaPosted In: Amelia — August 12, 2008 @ 12:56 am — StephanieIt’s been two weeks now since Amelia said goodbye to her pacifier. I tossed them and decided we’d do this thing cold turkey. The first night was tough, the second and third were less so, and the fourth was easy peasy. Since then, she has had a little more bedtime anxiety, but we’re working on that, too. Other updates: *No accidents in over a month! Goooo Mia! We’re having such a wonderful time with her this summer. We go swimming and to the zoo weekly, and either park or walk to the park every night after dinner. The weather has been wonderful the past few nights here in Denver, and we’re taking full advantage of the cooler temps the rain has brought. Amelia would play outside sunup to sundown if we let her. |
