Amelia is three!

We didn’t have a big party this year. Instead, we stayed home to open gifts and have yummy cake from Watercourse Bakery and gelato from Gelazzi. Neighborhood friends, Joey and Lorraine, came over with their daughter Sarina for some cake and playtime. Amelia loved having her friend over. Later, we took her to see the new Madagascar movie. She danced and sang along to the credits, which was adorable. She enjoyed her big day so much, that she passed out immediately in the car on the way home.

Thank you to everyone who sent her birthday gifts. She had such a blast opening everything and played with all the toys immediately after opening them. The gift-opening process took about an hour because of this. We took some pictures of her opening her gifts, having cake and playing with Sarina. Hopefully, I will get them posted within a day or two.
